Reservations

How can I book?

You can book directly on the online site. A deposit of 25% of the amount of the stay will be requested. Online payment is completely secure. If in doubt about availability, do not hesitate to contact us directly by phone.

How can I pay?

You can pay by credit card, bank transfer, check or holiday vouchers, whether for the deposit or for the balance of the stay.

Is it possible to modify a reservation?

Is the campsite accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Yes, it is. We have dedicated sanitary facilities and specific access to the aquatic area.
We have a chalet adapted for people with reduced mobility (PRM). This chalet has a ramp allowing access without any difficulty.

Are you Vacaf approved?

We are not Vacaf approved.

Do you accept holiday vouchers?

We accept paper holiday vouchers and Connect holiday vouchers. Paper holiday vouchers should preferably be sent to us by registered mail or recorded delivery so that we can monitor the delivery and receipt of your vouchers.

Rentals and pitches

What time can I arrive?

Rentals are available from 4 p.m. For reasons of liability within the framework of the reservation contract that binds us, you will not be able to access the aquatic area before this time.
Campsites are available from 2 p.m.

I plan to arrive after reception has closed, what should I do?

Please inform us by phone so that we can anticipate your late arrival.

What should I bring for rentals?

Each rental is equipped with crockery, duvets or blankets, pillows, you will find the complete inventory on the “Accommodation” page. However, sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels and cleaning products are not provided. We have a rental service for sheets and towels.

Is my dog allowed?

Yes, for a supplement per day and on the condition that he does not belong to any of the categories I or II called attack dog. In accordance with our rules of procedure, you will have to keep him on a leash inside the campsite and accompany him outside to relieve himself.

And the cats?

Cats are not accepted in the campsite.

When I arrive, do I have to provide a deposit?

The deposit guarantees compliance with the rental installation as well as the cleanliness of the accommodation on your departure.
For rentals, the amount of the deposit requested is €200 (€500 for the Prestige chalet or the VIP mobile home), it is preferably made by credit card.
Once the departure inventory has been carried out, the deposit is returned to you subject to any deduction of the cost of missing items, the cost of damage and/or cleaning costs. If the inventory is done outside of the dedicated hours for departures (example: departure very early in the morning or in the evening), the deposit will be canceled once the inventory has been carried out by us.
For the pitches, you will be asked for a deposit of 10 euros for the key of the barrier, it will be returned to you on your departure after return of the key.
If you rent equipment (barbecue, fridge, cot, etc.), you will also be asked for a security deposit.

Are there TVs in the rentals?

Chalets are equipped with TV. For some rentals only, it is possible to rent them (subject to availability).

I have broken dishes in the rental, what should I do?

You must report the breakage to reception, a financial contribution for the replacement will be requested.

On the pitches, how do you connect to the electricity?

If you have taken electricity on your site , you must have a European plug to connect. If you do not have a European plug, we sell them at reception (subject to availability).

Is there a place for my car on my pitch?

Only one car is allowed per pitch.

Can I come with a 2nd car?

The second car must remain in the car park at the entrance to the campsite.

Are barbecues allowed?

Yes, but only with charcoal. Electric barbecues and planchas are prohibited on the campsite.

Are visitors accepted?

Visitors are accepted, however before entering the campsite, they must report to reception, complete the registration formalities and pay the visitor fee in force.

I have rented a rental, do I have to make an appointment for departure?

Yes, you must make an appointment at the reception desk, at the latest the day before your departure. Don’t delay in making an appointment for the July and August departures.

Yes, in the sanitary block you will find a laundry area with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer.

It is necessary to inform the reception and once the rental has been cleaned, deposit the keys in the place agreed together.
Once the inventory has been carried out by ourselves, the deposit will then be destroyed (in the case of a check) or will be canceled (credit card).

Aquatic area

What are the opening hours of the swimming pools?

The aquatic area is opencontinuously from 10 am to 8 pm .

Are the swimming pools supervised?

Our aquatic area being reserved only for our customers and not welcoming the public, the swimming pools are not required to be supervised, the children are under the responsibility of the parents and must be accompanied.

Are the pools heated?

The large pool is heated according to weather conditions.

What swimsuits are allowed at the water park?

For hygienic reasons, swim shorts and bermudas are not allowed , only swim briefs are allowed.

Services – entertainment

Is there wifi on the campsite?

Wifi is available on all pitches or rentals. This is chargeable, different connection packages (in hours) are on sale at reception.

Is there a laundry?

Yes, in the sanitary block you will find a laundry area with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer. Tokens for these machines as well as detergent pods can be purchased at the reception desk.

What detergent can I use?

Only liquid detergent. Do not flush wipes down the toilet as this can clog the drains.

What services are open before and after the season?

The restaurant is openMay to September . Outside July and August, you can also take advantage of the bread service, equipment rental (bicycles, barbecue, etc.). The dryer bar is open in July and August.

Does the campsite rent bicycles?

Yes, we rent bikes (helmets are provided). There are ½ day, day or week packages. For the summer, it is better to book them early enough. Possibility to rent electric bikes with our partner.

Does the campsite have a charging station for electric cars?

Yes, since 2017 we have a charging point at the campsite. Ask at the reception about the formalities and the price of the refill.

Do you offer entertainment throughout the season?

We offer daytime and evening entertainment from July 4th to August 26th.

Around

For shopping, how many km from the campsite?

At the campsite grocery store, you will find basic necessities. The bread and pastry service is offered every day, you just have to order the day before before 7 p.m.
At Buisson de Cadouin, you will find shops (butcher, pharmacy, press, hairdresser, etc.) and two mini-markets.
¼ hour from the campsite: Intermarché in Lalinde and Le Bugue, Carrefour Market in Siorac en Périgord. These supermarkets offer Drive services.

What is the nearest train station?

The Buisson de Cadouin train station is 5 minutes by car from the campsite.

Are there markets around the campsite?

In the Dordogne , there is almost a market every day. Market days are displayed at reception.
